Who we are

Welcome! I’m Bríd Dunn, an experienced occupational therapist passionate about supporting child and adolescent development and overall well-being. Since graduating from Robert Gordon University (RGU) in 2006, I have dedicated my career to helping children thrive through friendly, professional, and evidence-based care.

I am an HCPC-registered therapist with special interests in Sensory Integration, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed care. My approach focuses on understanding how motor and sensory challenges affect a child’s development and confidence.

By assessing each child’s unique strengths and needs, I create personalised strategies that empower them to succeed. Whether improving daily living skills, enhancing emotional regulation, or navigating sensory processing differences, I provide thoughtful and effective interventions.

I am committed to partnering with you and your family to promote your child’s success, confidence, and happiness. Together, we’ll navigate every step with warm, expert care designed to make a positive difference.

With 19+ years of trusted experience, we deliver personalized occupational therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs. Through thorough assessments and proven methods, we create custom plans that nurture growth and success.

We also empower schools with training on sensory processing, motor skills, and neurodiversity to ensure every child thrives.

Your child’s potential is our priority.!

What Parents Are Saying

Thank you Brid. You got to know J so quickly and knew just how to run his sessions so he would get the best from them. You've got a real gift for what you do!

We are seeing wonderful improvements with A and he is feeling so much more confident about school and dealing with things, and also confident about having ADHD. And he isn't letting the "small things" bother him the same anymore. So we cannot thank you enough for all the work you've done with A. For the short time you worked with him, he has learnt so much from you and is thriving and coping and we have our boy back plus more :)
